The formality of conclusion of the contract

Price and conditions of payment

The prices of our products are published online, and they remain fixed and unchanged until replaced by new ones on the site. 
The prices of the published products are inclusive of I.V.A. and they don't include possible taxes or impositions. These will be notified separately.

Right of Refund

The consumer cannot claim a refund through the contract,as stated in application of the Italian dlgs D.Lgs. n. 185/99 arts. 5, paragraph 3, lett. d). 
The consumer is entitled to a refund as foreseen by the Italian D. Lgs n instead. 50/92 for applies only to purchases where the value is equal to or greater than 25,82 Euro, and an application is made to us within ten (10) days starting from the conclusion of the contract(date of purchase) and before effecting the download of the courses and products of Fashion of Milan Fashion Campus. The operation, once effected, does not allow the restitution of the entire product to the supplier.

Payment Refund Policies Courses in Milan 


For Enrolment fee (150 euros), no refunds will be issued.

Enrollment Fee 500 euro for Visa Document application

For Course fee, course cancellation 30 days before starting course date - 100% refund.
For Course fee, course cancellation 15 days before starting course date - 50% refund.

For Course fee, course cancellation 7 days before starting course date - no refunds will be issued.

 

Cancellation for health reasons are only accepted with official medical declarations. There is no refund in cases of force majeure and a declared pandemic situation.

Please Note: The percentage of course refunds includes the bank transaction fee.

Cancellation date is counted from the day the cancellation e-mail is sent.
The cancellation of the course must be notified via registered e-mail.

The potential refusal to supply such data can cause the missed provision of services subject of the contract.
The data will not be subject to diffusion, and can be communicated to the following entities only to develop the activities necessary for the performance of the service required:

  • Milan Fashion Campus School;

  • bodies which the data are due for legal duties or for purposes provided by contract

  • companies appointed by us just to supply the service

  • our consultants and professionals appointed to develop administrative-tax activities or professional supporting activity.

 

Personal Data Processing

The data contained in the website Milan Fashion Campus are not sensitive data so as defined by the Legislative Decree 196/03 on privacy. The personal data supplied by the users sending requests of shipping informative materials or proposals of candidacies (“curriculum vitae”, etc.) are used only for the purpose to perform the service or the required performance and are communicated to Milan Fashion Campus and /or to third parties only in the case where it is necessary and in any case they are processed in compliance with the legislation in force on protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/03). The access to the website ensures the privacy of the user’s name, therefore no other user can in any way verify who acceded to it, which path of the website was chosen, or which information was acquired.
