The formality of conclusion of the contract

When you purchase of the course of Fashion of Milan Fashion Campus the contract is considered to be valid only after downloading the course through - - - - - -

Price and conditions of payment

The prices of our products are published online, and they remain fixed and unchanged until replaced by new ones on the site. 
The prices of the published products are inclusive of I.V.A. and they don't include possible taxes or impositions. These will be notified separately. 
The conditions of payment are as presented on-line at - - - - - -

and cannot be altered. Possible introduction of different forms of payment will be published on the sites. 

The payment must be made through credit cards and you will be required to provide the number and the expiry date on your credit card. 
The safety of the data introduced related to the payment is guaranteed from a system of cryptography of the data (SSL), and from direct connections, favorite and certificates through the banking circuit. 
The debit for the purchase of the commodity will be effected at the time of conclusion of the contract.

The consumer can exclusively use the contents of the sites - - - - - - for domestic and personal purposes only. Every duplication or alteration of the content is forbidden and subject to and protected by Copyright and Trade Mark Law. Breaches will be prosecuted.


The products of the courses of Milan Fashion Campus are accessible directly through downloading to your PC.

Right of Refund

The consumer cannot claim a refund through the contract,as stated in application of the Italian dlgs D.Lgs. n. 185/99 arts. 5, paragraph 3, lett. d). 
The consumer is entitled to a refund as foreseen by the Italian D. Lgs n instead. 50/92 for applies only to purchases where the value is equal to or greater than 25,82 Euro, and an application is made to us within ten (10) days starting from the conclusion of the contract(date of purchase) and before effecting the download of the courses and products of Fashion of Milan Fashion Campus. The operation, once effected, does not allow the restitution of the entire product to the supplier.

Payment Refund Policies Courses in Milan 

For Enrolment fee (150 euros), no refunds will be issued.

Enrollment Fee 500 euro for Visa Document application

For Course fee, course cancellation 30 days before starting course date - 100% refund.
For Course fee, course cancellation 15 days before starting course date - 50% refund.

For Course fee, course cancellation 7 days before starting course date - no refunds will be issued.


Cancellation for health reasons are only accepted with official medical declarations. There is no refund in cases of force majeure and a declared pandemic situation.

Please Note: The percentage of course refunds includes the bank transaction fee.

Cancellation date is counted from the day the cancellation e-mail is sent.
The cancellation of the course must be notified via registered e-mail.

We inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 provides for the protection of people and other subjects with respect to personal data.

The data supplied by You will be processed for the purpose to manage the relations with the users for the activities connected to the services performed, and corresponding administrative and tax fulfilments as well as for information and promotional purposes.

The processing will be carried out both manually and with the assistance of electronic devices required for the purpose specified.
The potential refusal to supply such data can cause the missed provision of services subject of the contract.
The data will not be subject to diffusion, and can be communicated to the following entities only to develop the activities necessary for the performance of the service required:

  • Milan Fashion Campus School;

  • bodies which the data are due for legal duties or for purposes provided by contract

  • companies appointed by us just to supply the service

  • our consultants and professionals appointed to develop administrative-tax activities or professional supporting activity.


Personal Data Processing

The data contained in the website Milan Fashion Campus are not sensitive data so as defined by the Legislative Decree 196/03 on privacy. The personal data supplied by the users sending requests of shipping informative materials or proposals of candidacies (“curriculum vitae”, etc.) are used only for the purpose to perform the service or the required performance and are communicated to Milan Fashion Campus and /or to third parties only in the case where it is necessary and in any case they are processed in compliance with the legislation in force on protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/03). The access to the website ensures the privacy of the user’s name, therefore no other user can in any way verify who acceded to it, which path of the website was chosen, or which information was acquired. The users, prior consent, authorize that their names are kept by Milan Fashion Campus only and just for the purpose to create a database of subjects beneficiaries of potential following updates. At the written request of the users, the company will arrange for the prompt cancellation of the names from the database, confirming it to the users. The User, upon prior consent, authorizes Milan Fashion Campus to store his/her name in a database located in the European Community solely and exclusively for the purpose of creating a directory of recipients for any subsequent updates or information concerning him/her. Upon written request of the user, Milan Fashion Campus will promptly delete the name from the database, giving confirmation to the user.

Right to have access to personal data and other rights

By writing to the Owner, in accordance with art. 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the person concerned:

1. has the right to get confirmation of existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not registered yet, and their communication in an intelligible way.

b) purposes and modalities of processing;
c) applied logic in the case of processing being carried out with the assistance of an electronic device;
d) personal details of the owner, of the supervisors  and of the representatives appointed in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated with or who know them as an appointed representative in the territory of the State, supervisors or appointees.

3. has the right to get:
a) update, amendment or rather, when he/she is interested in, integration of data;
b) cancellation, transformation anonymously or the block of the data processed breaching the law, included the one where the storage is not necessary in connection with the purposes for which data have been collected or later processed;
c) proof that the operations pursuant to letters a) and b) have been made known, also in regards to their content, to whom whose data have been communicated or diffused, except for the case when such fulfilment proves to be impossible or causes a use of manifestly out-of-proportion means with respect to the protected right.

4. has the right to oppose, in all or partially:
a) for lawful reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even though relevant for the purpose of collection;
